Saxo-Didge Care & Craftsmanship Policy 🛠️

Each Saxo-Didge is more than an instrument — it's a handcrafted piece of sonic art. This policy outlines how to care for your Saxo-Didge and what to expect from our custom, made-to-order process.

🎵 Care & Handling Policy

Each Saxo-Didge is a handcrafted, precision-built instrument — part sculpture, part tool, part spirit. To maintain its sound quality and longevity, we ask that you follow these care instructions:

DO:

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Use a padded case during travel
  • Wipe down after use to remove moisture
  • Handle with two hands — treat it as you would a professional musical instrument

DON’T:

  • Leave in a hot car or direct sunlight
  • Expose to extreme humidity or rapid temperature changes
  • Sit on it, balance it on unstable surfaces, or knock it against hard objects
  • Use harsh cleaners or water to clean the inside or outside

Saxo-Didge instruments are durable, but not indestructible. Treat yours with love, and it will reward you with years of vibrant sound.

✋ Limited Edition & Made-to-Order Disclaimer

All Saxo-Didge instruments are made to order. Each unit is crafted individually — no mass production, no shortcuts.

This means:

  • Slight variations in grain, finish, or tone may occur — this is part of the uniqueness
  • Build time is usually 3 to 5 weeks depending on demand
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted

These instruments are not mass-produced; they are individual, crafted experiences. Your understanding and support of slow, intentional craftsmanship allow us to keep creating with meaning.

Thank you for being part of the Saxo-Didge story.
