Shipping Policy

Every Saxo-Didge is built to order in our workshop in Portugal. Delivery time covers both build time and transit to you.

Delivery timelines

Typical order to delivery: about one month.
Maximum order to delivery: 42 business days.
Transit time: 3 to 5 business days, depending on your country.

If demand is high or a delay outside our control affects your order, we will contact you.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your instrument leaves the workshop.

European Union customers

If you are ordering from within the EU, please use our EU store. Shipping is within the EU, so there are no import duties or customs charges on your order.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, local import duties and taxes apply on delivery. These are not included in the checkout price and are the customer's responsibility.

Your local customs authority sets the amount, and we cannot tell you in advance what it will be.

If your order is held by customs

If customs holds your shipment, the courier or your local customs office will contact you. Please respond promptly. If you need help with paperwork or documentation, reach out and we will do what we can.
