Shipping Policy
Every Saxo-Didge is built to order in Portugal. Because each instrument is made after you order, delivery timelines cover both build time and transit time.
Timelines
- Typical order-to-delivery time: about one month.
- Maximum order-to-delivery time: 42 business days.
- Shipping transit alone: 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination.
There can be a build queue when demand is high, and occasional delays outside our control (customs, courier, weather). If your order is affected, we will contact you.
Destinations
This store ships worldwide, excluding countries covered by our EU store at eu.saxo-didge.com. If you are ordering from within the European Union, please buy from the EU store for local pricing, EU shipping and Klarna instalments.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your instrument leaves the workshop.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and local taxes are not included in the checkout price for international orders and are the customer's responsibility on delivery.
