We believe in the power of the Saxo-Didge — not just as an instrument, but as an experience.

That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your Saxo-Didge, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Yes, we really mean it. No catch.

The only condition: the instrument must be in like-new condition, without damage or signs of misuse.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@saxo-didge.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Repack the Saxo-Didge in its original packaging (or equivalent safe packaging).
  3. Include the original invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship the return using a traceable shipping method.
  5. Mark the package clearly as a “Return shipment.”

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the instrument and verify its condition, you’ll receive a full refund for the product price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🛠 Warranty (1 Year)

All Saxo-Didge instruments come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Receiving the wrong item

❌ What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover

We love your Saxo-Didge — and we hope you will too.
But like any handmade instrument, it deserves proper care.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, including:

  • Extended exposure to heat or direct sunlight
  • Scratches, dents, or impact damage
  • Breakage from dropping or improper storage

Treat your instrument with respect, and it’ll reward you for years to come.

📦 Returning a Damaged Saxo-Didge (Warranty Claims)

If your Saxo-Didge is damaged and it’s covered by the warranty:

  1. Contact us first at info@saxo-didge.com.
  2. Pack the instrument securely with the original invoice.
  3. Mark the package clearly as a “Return shipment” and include your invoice/order number.
  4. Use a traceable shipping method and keep your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll begin the replacement process.

🔁 Replacements & Build Time

All Saxo-Didge instruments are built to order.
In case of a replacement, please allow 4–8 weeks for us to craft, test, and ship your new instrument.
